LIIFT 4 & Core de Force Hybrid

I'm currently doing LIIFT 4, the weight lifting and HIIT workout on Beachbody on Demand and I am really loving it.  I love that you only workout four days a week and you get results.  I also really loved Joel Freeman's other program Core de Force which is a kickboxing program that has a HIIT component so I wanted to marry the two without adding too many extra workouts per week.  I made it so there isn't a Core de Force workout after a HIIT workout.
