TurboFire/ChaLEAN Extreme Hybrid
Here is a hybrid I came up with that combines two of my favorite Beachbody programs, TurboFire which is a cardio workout that combines kickboxing and dancing, and ChaLEAN Extreme, which is a weigh lifting workout that shows you how to lift heavy and slow to get the best results. They work great together and are a lot of fun with Chalene Johnson as the trainer in both programs.
