Core de Force Deluxe and Beachbody Yoga Hybrid

Core de Force is a fun but intense kickboxing workout.  I really saw results using this program, but it is a little too intense for me to do the usual workout schedule so I paired it with my favorite yoga practices that are included on Beachbody on Demand.  It is still a tough program as the yoga practices can be pretty tough too.
