I have put together two different hybrids of three of my favorite workout programs. Cize is a fun dance program by ShaunT, PiYo is a low impact program that combines pilates and yoga by Chalene Johnson, and Les Mills Pump is a weight lifting program that uses lighter weights and lots of reps set to music. Cize and PiYo are both offered on Beachbody on Demand, but unfortunately Pump has been discontinued and can only be found on DVD on places like ebay if you didn't buy it while it was available from Beachbody.
