Museum of Nuclear Science and History

On July 26 we went to our last Free Summer Fun activity at the Museum of Nuclear Science and History.  I was excited to go especially after the museum was featured on an episode of Mysteries at the Museum where they featured a small bottle of Radithor.  Of all the museums we've been to so far in Albuquerque this one was my favorite.  I liked the historic part and Albert liked the science part.  There were lots of hands on scientific things for kids.

The first part was all about WWII and the nuclear bombs.

I tracked down the Radithor, which was radium water used as medicine until people started dying.

Outside they had a lot of cool old planes. Quentin was in heaven.

Superman!

He also liked checking out the crane, not part of the exhibit.
