Recipe of the Week: Chicken & Rice Soup

I didn't make this from a recipe so it's pretty easy.  Just throw a bunch of left overs in the crockpot and call it a day.




Ingredients:
  • 2 stalks of chopped celery
  • 2 cups of cooked white/wild rice
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 3 cans 14.5 oz {gf} chicken broth 
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley


Directions:
  1. Adjust quantities and ingredients to your taste.  Cook on high for 5 hrs.
