Recipe of the Week: Chicken & Rice Soup
I didn't make this from a recipe so it's pretty easy. Just throw a bunch of left overs in the crockpot and call it a day.
Ingredients:
- 2 stalks of chopped celery
- 2 cups of cooked white/wild rice
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 3 cans 14.5 oz {gf} chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley
Directions:
- Adjust quantities and ingredients to your taste. Cook on high for 5 hrs.
