Recipe of the Week: Chebe Focaccia

I ate loads of delicious focaccia bread while living in Italy and really missed it so when I found a gluten-free focaccia mix by Chebe I had to pick it up.  I saved it for Christmas Eve dinner and it was good.  It's made out of tapioca flour (like Brazilian cheese bread) so it isn't like traditional focaccia bread, but it was still tasty.  Even gluten eaters would enjoy this mix.  I added basil, oregano, and onions to our mix.
