The Ring of Fire

For at least a week all we've heard about on the news is the eclipse that happened on Sunday, May 20 at 7:30 PM since being in Albuquerque we were directly in the path.  We almost forgot all about it, but luckily I didn't change completely into my pajamas after church, which reminded me that I needed to leave the house for some reason.  

We didn't have the special glasses, but luckily our neighbors did and they let us borrow theirs, which was awesome.  We were able to see the perfect ring of fire the news casters had talked about. The community feel was really nice. I had never before seen so many people out and about in our apartment complex.  Albert took a bunch of pictures which turned out pretty cool.
