Recipe of the Week: Gluten-Free Bisquick Pizza

I followed the recipe on the back of the gluten-free Bisquick recipe for pizza and loved the results.  Some of the best gluten-free pizza I've had.  It's not spongy or too crumbly.  I also really liked that I didn't have roll it out, which saves a lot of time and makes it much more likely that I will make it more frequently.
