Recipe of the Week: Baby Food 4-6 months

Besides oatmeal I made a variety of fruit and vegetable purees.  I made them in our magic bullet or mashed them with a fork and added breast milk and water as needed to get to a good texture.  I steamed the summer squash and peas and roasted the sweet potatoes.  I recommend roasting the whole sweet potato in the peel, it's much easier to mash up than peeling and cutting them into cubes because the skin gets hard.
