Christmas Day

We get up pretty early these days since Quentin decided that 5:30 - 6:00 AM is a good time to start the day so we had time to open presents before we went to church at 8:00 AM.  He helped his parents open their gifts as well so he's all set to open more gifts for his birthday.  Church was great and it was so nice to talk about the Savior on the day we celebrate His birth and life.

After church we Skyped with my family in Wyoming and Quentin opened the cool Hallmark book they sent with my mom and siblings reading "Frosty the Snowman."  We listen to it a couple times a day.

They had turkey and ham at dinner at the pavilion and we ate with two of Albert's classmates who happen to be LDS and live at our same complex. Unfortunately their wives are back in Utah so no friends for me yet.

We went out to see lights downtown, but it was too crowded due to a game going on and there was no parking so we went home.  We did get to talk to lots of my Dad's family while driving around.  When we got home we opened our presents from my Dad and his wife and Quentin started dancing when the music began on his new "laptop."  It was the cutest.  After Quentin went to bed we Skyped with Albert's siblings, which was lots of fun.

That's awesome some Albert has some classmates in the same complex. Hopefully their wives get there soon so you can have some friends and maybe Q too.

Your Christmas sounds delightful and I love picturing Q dancing around! Joe's sister-in-law gave E a laptop for Christmas and I'm just thrilled to now reclaim mine and not have to worry about it.
