Recipe of the Week: Peaches

We bought some peaches that needed some more time to ripen but we really wanted to eat them. We decided to cook these hard peaches and it turned out so good.  They were a perfect dessert.

 

Ingredients: 

  • peaches, diced 
  • butter 
  • brown sugar 


Directions: 

  1. Fry peaches in butter until soft. 
  2. Add brown sugar to taste. 
  3. Serve alone or over ice cream.
