Before and After: the Kitchen & Dining Room

Our condo is finally done being remodeled, at least the contractors aren't coming over anymore which is so nice. I love not having to move everything off the counters everyday and clean the whole place after they leave. Not every room is ready for debut, but here are before and after pictures of the kitchen and dining room. We just stare at it in amazement that this is where we live now. We love it.

We ended up going with a while subway tile as the back splash because grey tile is so hard to find and is really expensive. We have a double sink and brushed nickel faucet. We added an island with beadboard and track lighting. New stainless steel appliances, new tile, new light fixtures, even a new garbage disposal and outlets. The only thing that we kept were the cupboards.  All the walls except for the bathroom are painted with Martha Stewart Living Chinchilla Interior Paint.
