Recipe of the Week: Beef Lasagna

We went to a different Wal-Mart out by Dulles Airport when we picked up the bed for the baby from a guy who listed it on Craig's List and found a bunch of great Gluten-Free food I haven't seen anywhere else. Mrs. Leeper's Gluten-Free mixes were among these.  It's so nice to have a Hamburger Helper type mix and it tasted great with some grilled polenta.
