Recipe of the Week: Southwestern Cornbread Waffles

This was a fun way to finish off taco left overs we had. I made waffles using a corn bread recipe (and Jules GF flour) then topped it with taco fixings. It was really tasty!

I can't remember what recipe I ended up using for the waffles, but there are plenty out there, like this one.
