Recipe of the Week: King Arthur Gluten Free Bread

King Arthur is famous for his great wheat flour so I was excited to see a line of gluten-free mixes out and I had see good reviews.  I picked up a few and they definitely lived up to expectations.  Not wet or spongy like some mixes and it toasted up beautifully.  A lot of gluten-free mixes only toast around the edges.  You can't use them in the bread maker.  The only problem with these mixes is that they are expensive! Otherwise I would get all of them.
