Recipe of the Week: Turkey Sausage & Mushroom Rice

Eating gluten-free, you rarely get the luxery of premade foods, but this recipe we found worked as a quick and easy meal that I didn't have to season myself.  It was flavorful.  I'm really not a fan of pre-made rice in a bag, I think it's a little rubbery, but maybe it's just me.
