Recipe of the Week: Buttery Garlic Salmon

I must admit I was very skeptical about cooking fish in the microwave, but Albert insisted it would be fine. Besides it was more like steaming since it was in a bag. Albert had bought a buttery garlic seasoning mix that came with a plastic bag.  We added the salmon and threw it in the microwave.  It was actually quite good.  Very moist and flaky.  Sometimes you can cook fish in the microwave :)
