Thanksgiving 2010

This year for Thanksgiving we spent the day with our friends Kim & Joe and Becca & Luke. We over indulged as per tradition and spend the rest of the day laying on Kim & Joe's floor chatting while playing Apples to Apples.  The food was delicious as you can see!

Here I am dishing up the first of many servings.  I wasn't shy and went ahead and started filling up my plate first.

Kim decorated the table beautifully.  Albert took these pictures so that's why he's not in them.

Luke was kind enough to take our picture as we were lounging about recovering from the mass amounts of food we consumed earlier.

Friday morning we got up way too early and headed down to Babies R Us with Kim & Joe who are also expecting a little one, to get a rocking recliner that was 1/2 off!  Apparently no one really goes to Babies R Us on Black Friday so there was really no need to get there so early, but we didn't want to risk losing out on the $200 off the chair we wanted. 

We also loaded up on discounted diapers and a lifetime supply of baby wipes.  All clearance was an extra 50% off so of course I had to get more baby clothes, which we really don't need since my mother-in-law and sister-in-law have sent us a ton of clothes to get started.  This little guy is going to be well dressed for sure.
