Recipe of the Week: Chebe Cheese Rolls
A great gluten free alternative for traditional rolls are these cheese rolls called Pão de Queijo in Brazil. They were actually the first thing I ate when I stepped off the plane in Sao Paolo in 2006, I had one in the airport and it was divine. They are made of tapioca flour and easy to make, especially if you have a Chebe bread mix, which are relatively inexpensive for gluten free mixes. I made a batch out of the mix for Easter dinner and they were eaten up very fast.
If you can't find the mixes at a local organic store then just look up any recipe on-line. You can find tapioca flour in the organic section with all those weird flours you've never heard of.
