Recipe of the Week: Apple & Sage Pork Chops

Albert found this recipe for Apple & Sage Pork Chops that included all the seasonings, which was quite convenient.  I just took a pic of the recipe so I wouldn't have to transcribe it.  Lazy I know.

Here's the making of the pork chops.  It was fun to try something different like apples and pork chops.

I have to admit that it wasn't my favorite pork chop recipe, but it wasn't bad either.  I'd try apple and pork together again, but perhaps not in this forum.  I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars.
