Joe's Promotion Ceremony

Yesterday, Wednesday, September 16, Albert was fortunate to be invited to our friend Joe's promotion ceremony in the Navy. He also practiced his photography skills and took a bunch of nice pics. Congratulations to Joe and Kim!

Joe was sworn in with an oath and then Kim and his boss replaced his old collar pins with the new ones signifying his new rank.
