To my dad...thank you for dragging me out fishing every Saturday morning during the summer and hunting all winter long. Thanks for teaching me how to reload bullets and tie flies and being a good example of charity.

To Albert's dad...thank you for dressing up like Santa to make Albert's childhood Christmas special, and teaching Albert to be hard working, honest, and self-sacrificing. Thanks for moving to the US so Albert and I could meet, fall in love, and get married.
