Christmas Treats

Before we left to Florida I made a few Christmas treats to take with us and to share with friends.

I found a pretty good gluten-free sugar cookie recipe. The texture is a little different since the flours are much more fine, but they taste good :D

We made fudge for the first time...

and english toffee...it's my favorite!

For Christmas Albert bought me a new bread maker and a box of Pamela's bread mix packages :D

It has a Gluten Free setting!

Here are the results :D I hadn't had bread in months so I was really excited. It's much more dense than regular bread (no light and airy bread here), but it'll do.
