Amy's gluten-free pizza

Yesterday Albert and I went to Whole Foods and bought a bunch of gluten-free stuff including this pizza with the crust made from rice flour. The crust was actually pretty good. Albert even liked it, he said it was better than regular wheat flour crust, but the non-dairy cheese was kinda nasty. I want to make my own pizza with real cheese. I found a pizza crust recipe that looks pretty good so I'll have to check it out one of these days. I do like the other gluten-free food I've had from Amy's especially the cheese enchiladas I had for lunch yesterday -- so so good!
