Pasta Time

Tuesday night I decided to get out my new kitchen aide and the pasta maker attachment and make some home made fettuccine. The first go around the pasta stuck together and Albert had to step in and add large quantities of flour. It was much more difficult than I anticipated.


It turned out okay. I made some meat sauce and that turned out really good. The pasta was a little slimy because of the all the flour. I'll need to work on the recipe on that one.
