PiYo Challenge

My first challenge was PiYo!  I love PiYo <3  It's a great mix of pilates and yoga, but amped up :)  I really like going to live PiYo classes so I wanted to get the videos so I could do them at home.

I started on June 30 and finished August 23, 2014. I'm much stronger than I was before.  It really works you, especially your arms and core and pretty much everywhere.  It's also a great workout to combine with other workouts since it's so different.  If you're already happy with running or zumba, you might want to think about adding in PiYo to work all those places that don't get it with your normal routine.

I was able to lose 7 lbs and 8 total inches! I didn't think I would lose any since I was already at my pre-pregnancy weight :)
