Who we are

Albert: born in the Philippines and grew-up in Florida. He joined the Florida National Guard in 2002 while attending college in Gainesville, FL and cleaned up after hurricanes including the infamous Katrina. He was deployed to Washington, DC in 2006 where he met Tiffany in January 2007 through a mutual friend. Albert was baptized and confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on May 6, 2007.  He finished his FAA training in Oklahoma City in April 2012 and is now working as an en route air traffic controller in Albuquerque. 

Tiffany: grew-up in Wyoming and completed her undergrad in International Economics at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. She served a mission in Milan, Italy and moved to Washington, DC in 2004 to work. She graduated from George Mason University with a masters in International Commerce & Policy the day before she married the love of her life on May 17, 2008 in the Washington, DC LDS Temple. She worked as a contractor in international development until she became a mom and decided to stay home full time.

She started her journey to health and wellness in June 2014 and is now on a journey to help others get amazing results like she did!  She blogs at tiffanycortez.com with health and fitness tips for moms of young kids and on her team blog here.

Quentin:  We welcomed our first little boy into our family on February 21, 2011.  We are just a little obsessed with him.  He's so adorable you can't really blame us. He was born in Alexandria, VA and enjoys playing with his toy trucks and looking at books.  He's our sensitive Type 2 guy with lots of energy and spunk. He probably is a Type 2/Secondary 1.

Wyatt: was born on March 26, 2013 in Albuquerque, NM.  He is a great sleeper and doesn't enjoy hugs as much as his brother.  He's really chill and will try anything once.  He loves to play outside and can play by himself for hours.  We think he's like his mom and dad and is a playful serious Type 4/Secondary 1.
